Offered to level tiling surface so that the surface would be ready for mosaic tiles. Told that would not be required and tilers proceeded with the job. Tiles were not level and were in a very wavy configuration along the section between the wall and the kitchen bench.
Asked business to rectify the issue right away. As it was close to Christmas gave them some time to respond and agree on a time. Tried to contact them countless times throughout January and there was no response. A final message was left notifying the business that legal avenues would be followed if a response was not received. This triggered a response with a promise to come and fix the issue. Since then there have been visits by the tradesmen but they keep stalling on fixing the issue. It is now almost 6 months and the issue is not fixed. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a trades business and we have been left paying for an extremely poor job. Approximately $500 of tiles have also been destroyed due to their faulty trades work.
