We engaged Wardrobe World to install a walk-in robe and shelving for a built-in robe in the nursery. We were very happy with all aspects. Very personable group with friendly and helpful employees. Competitive quotes and on-time with appointments. Though they have not installed all work in our house we always approach them for quotes. We would highly recommend Wardrobe World Brisbane.

This company has a new person looking after the Brisbane metro area. I tried for three weeks to get to get in contact, sending emails and text messages. I ended up contacting head office in Melbourne and within a day, got a call from him. Apparently his emails weren't working but this doesn't explain why he didn't respond to text messages. This is really bad customer service and it's a shame as the company's previous team were efficient and professional. I won't be using Wardrode World again and I've contracted someone else to do the job.
