Rang Solargain after being disappointed with another company responding to a leaflet in the mail for Solar Hot Water. The person on the phone was from another department but took my name and number and passed it on to the correct people. The manager ring me back within 30 mins and explained everything to me in easy to understand terms. They sent the actual person doing the install to explain things even further later that day. I was very pleased with the explanation and professional approach. I like the idea of talking to the installer instead of a salesmen.
They turned up earlier (only by about 30 mins) but still on time. The quality and finish of work was very good and they left no rubbish at the worksite. Explained everything to my wife who was here during install and they told her before turning water and power off. Nice touch.
Price was exactly as quoted. I wa very happy when I came home and had a look. Manual is easy to read.
They were half the price for the same system from another supplier.
